DELIVERY
DELIVERY FEES
- Free delivery within Hong Kong with every order over HKD 1,500.
- HKD 50 delivery fee will be charged for local delivery on every order below HKD 1,500.
PLACES WE GO
- We will deliver the products to commercial and residential addresses (except closed area) within Hong Kong.
- P.O Box is not accepted as shipping address.
- Each order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple locations, customers need to place a separate order for each location.
- For Outlying islands additional delivery fees will be charged, and our delivery team will contact you within 3 business days to confirm the charges.
- For Outlying islands, China and Macau customers please contact Mr. Lai or Mr. Lee for details.
- Buildings without lift or product can only access through staircase, there will be additional charge of $50 per floor.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
- Products will be arrived in 3-7 business days upon confirmation of payment. This might vary depending on stock and courier availability.
- Our delivery team is responsible for all home audio systems delivery, and we are available from Monday to Friday 2pm to 6pm and Saturday 12pm to 5pm.
- Our delivery team will contact you within 3 business days to schedule the delivery date.
- We will not provide any delivery services on Black Rainstorm Signal, Typhoon 8 or higher is hoisted.
SELF-PICK UP
- Products will be available for pick up in 3-7 business days upon confirmation of payment. This might vary depending on stock availability.
- Our designated staff will contact you within 3 business days to advise the available pick up date.
- Self-pick up address: Unit 1104, 11/F., Hong Kong Worsted Mills Ind. Bldg., 31-39 Wo Tong Tsui Street, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong
- Business hours: Mon – Fri / 10am – 5pm,Sat / 10am - 12:30pm,Close on Sunday and public holidays.
- Customer needs to show us online or printed invoice for pick up.
- We will not provide any pick-up services on Black Rainstorm Signal, Typhoon 8 or higher is hoisted.
INSTALLATION
- Installation is not included for online purchase.
- If you need on site installation, please contact our installation team for further information.
- For onsite installation additional service fees will be charged depends on complexity of the installation procedure.
- Our professionals also handle Home Audio and Home Theatre consultation. We custom design every system but have packages to fit most budgets.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
- All turntable included cartridge or standalone cartridge orders must be received in person to confirm the quality of the product.
